The Times Square Alliance anounces the return of the annual summer culinary festival at the Crossroads of the World. On June 7, from 5 to 8:30 p.m., more than fifty restaurants in the district will set up tables on the street and offer a “taste” of items from their menus.
Innovative design will refresh the streetscape as City moves forward with
long-term street redesign project.
In the center of the New York City Theater District, acclaimed Broadway
set designer Christine Jones publicly debuts “Theatre for One”, a four
foot by nine foot portable theater with one performer playing to one
audience member. The uniquely intimate theatrical experience will be
available to anyone on a first-come, first-served between May 14 and
23, 2010 in Times Square.
